Leitner-Gründberg

Weightless days

Rudolf Leitner-Gründberg was born at the Gründberg in Linz on January 1, 1955. He studied at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna with Bazon Brock and Oswald Oberhuber. Gründberg has exhibited in numerous exhibitions at home and abroad, such as: Musee des Beaux-Arts (Chartres), Exchange Square (Hong Kong), Lower Austrian State Museum, Upper Austrian State Gallery (Linz). Various large-scale projects in public space led him to Bad Ischl ,,Die Krone im Kaiserpark", Linz ,,Die Krone am Gründberg", Salzburg Max Gandolf Library ,,Das vergessene Tuch der Zeit" and in the Berlaymont building of the EU in Brussels ,,La vita nuova".  Rudolf Leitner-Gründberg lives and works since 1987 in Bubendorf / Lower Austria.
